Resilience is a skillset that can be developed.
Ratel Mind helps teams build the competencies they need to perform effectively under pressure, change and uncertainty.
ABOUT
Ratel Mind
We treat psychological resilience as a set of concrete competencies that support functioning in difficult and demanding conditions.
We combine psychology, measurement and training to work on the areas that matter most to a given individual or team.
From scientific knowledge to measurable competencies
The Ratel Mind model is grounded in contemporary research on psychological resilience and the mechanisms that support effective functioning in demanding situations.

01
Measurable
We are developing our own questionnaire to measure competencies in the Ratel Mind model, which is currently undergoing psychometric validation.
02
Practical
We translate each area into concrete behaviours, strategies and exercises.
03
Tailored
We adapt the scope of our work to the needs of the specific team and organisation.
RATEL MIND
PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAINING
CORE PRODUCT
Psychological Resilience Workshop
We design and run 6-hour workshops for groups of up to approximately 30 participants.
6 hours
Intensive work combining knowledge and practice.
Up to 30 people
A format designed for working with a whole team.
Competency
assessment
Participants discover their strengths and areas for development.
Theory + practice
We turn knowledge into concrete exercises, strategies and professional scenarios.
Each workshop combines

Assessment of resilience-related competencies

Skill training

A concise theoretical introduction

Examples and scenarios based on the participants’ professional environment

Practical psychological exercises
Before the workshop, participants complete the Ratel Mind questionnaire.
The assessment provides information about their profile across the Ratel Mind model and helps identify both stronger competencies and areas that could benefit from further development.
The training can then focus primarily on the competencies that are most relevant for that particular group rather than covering every resilience skill equally.

Participants can also receive feedback on their individual profile, including their main strengths and development areas.
The questionnaire is currently undergoing psychometric validation and is intended to be used as part of the service once that process is completed.
Importantly, this is a developmental assessment rather than a clinical or medical diagnostic tool.
FOUR PILLARS
The four pillars of psychological resilience
In the Ratel Mind model, psychological resilience rests on four interrelated areas.

Cognitive
Thinking, analysis and flexible responses to change.

Emotional
Recognising emotions and regulating them effectively.

Behavioral
Taking action despite difficulties and consistently pursuing goals.

Interpersonal
Building support, communicating and navigating relationships.
Our goal is to focus on building resilience to unlock the best version of your inner strength.
HOW WE WORK
From measuring competencies to training rooted in the real challenges of a given work environment
We learn the context.
We define the team’s goals, challenges and the specifics of their work.
1.
We measure.
We identify strengths, as well as competencies that need support or strengthening.
2.
We train you.
We focus primarily on the areas identified by the assessment.
3.
We embed it in practice.
We tie exercises and examples to situations that participants actually encounter in their work.
4.

Startup pressure,
Academic stress,
Leadership burnout,
Executive isolation,
or any other difficult-to-describe situations and context that happen to the best of us:
We design solutions that fit them.
